We are seeking a high caliber individual to join our team expansion as Assistant Finance Manager.
Job highlights:
Handle full sets of books and accounting operation
Work w/ internal & external business stakeholders
CPA Qualified or equivalent & Proficient in SAP
Main roles and responsibilities:
Report to Hong Kong Finance Manager, and Beijing Headquarter in preparation of timely and insightful analysis of pertinent information, in compliance with Cinvox accounting/internal control policy, to ensure integrity of financial information with minimal supervision
Proactively lead operational efficiency, including but not limited to: reviewing current and proposed SOPs, aligning to industry best practices, and leveraging HK and Greater China resources to optimise process
Support annual statutory audit
Scope:
Responsible for work at a country level, ensuring alignment with local country regulations as well as corporate and regional documentation and reporting needs
Lead and provide guidance to a small team to handle accounting functions including General Ledger, Account Payable, Digital Accounting, Intercompany and support outsourcing extended team
Business partnering with in-house and external stakeholders

Qualifications:
Degree holder in Accounting and Finance
CPA Qualified or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, of which 3 years in supervisory level
Ability to handle full sets of books and accounting operations
Required profile:
Mature, high sense of responsibility, detailed mind set, hard-working, organised, self-motivated and able to work under pressure in fast pace environment
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
